Linda Zamvil, MD graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, completed an
internship in pediatrics, residency in adult psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is Board Certified in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry as well as Addiction Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Behavioral Health and Wellness Center of Lamoille Health Partners, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Morrisville and Stowe, Vermont and is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, Part-Time, at Harvard Medical School. During her training and subsequently she worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with substance abusing adolescents and their families, focused on treating and researching comorbidities. She continues to teach residents in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. She has specialized in treating two and three generations of families with substance use, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD and psychosis. As a child and adolescent psychiatrist she has focused much of her energy on educating families about the potential for serious consequences of high potency THC on developing brains.
