Court document: Tucson Amtrak shooting that killed DEA agent Mike Garbo was over marijuana

The Drug Enforcement Administration special agent who died in the Tucson Amtrak train shooting on Monday, October 4 has been identified as Special Agent Michael Garbo.

A criminal complaint filed in Arizona District Court on Tuesday revealed that agents were detaining Devonte Mathis after finding marijuana and edibles in his backpack and attempting to contact an unnamed person he had been sitting near, identified only as D.T., when they were shot.
